First Time Account Creation

You will receive an email from Stack Officials to join our event crew.

Log into the site using the same credentials you used to register as a referee. If you are a youth Referee this is your account information, not the parents. This system will carry over year to year in your account so unless you need to change information in the future this should be a single time process for setup.

The system should prompt you to complete your profile. If not, then click on your name in the upper right and choose profile.

Complete the remaining profile setup information. Note: Parent information should go both in the emergency contact section and the secondary contact information.

Payments will be made via direct deposit at the end of each season and cannot be paid until you set up your payment profile. The system will instruct you that this will be the PARENT information in Stripe for payment. You can direct deposit to any account you want, but the PARENT tax information needs to go here, don’t worry we fix the tax information in the next step.

Once your Payment Profile is complete, you can change your 1099 information in the Tax Info section of your Stack Officials profile. Select tax information, choose the option to receive your 1099 via Stack and complete the youth Referee information below that.

Common Questions about Stack Officials

Parents tax info: Payments for officials will be coming via the STRIPE payment processing company.  This is where the parent tax information comes in; this is NOT a requirement imposed by AYSO or Stack Officials.

Parents getting minors 1099: To trigger a 1099 the official will have had to earn more that $600 for 2025. The youth Referee will receive the 1099 as long as they fill out the tax information on Stack Officials.
